Four Seasons Landscaping is a full service design, build and landscape maintenance firm founded in Spokane, WA by Jeremy DeForge in 1996. Design build means having the ability to take a landscape project from beginning to end. We can provide design services at a projects inception, cost estimates, construction services to build it and maintenance services after it is built.

Q: Are you a licensed, bonded and insured contractor?
A: Yes. Our Washington contracting license number is FOURSLI977M9. We recommend that you visit www.lni.wa.gov to look up the license and bonding status of any contractor you intend to hire.
Q: How long will my project take and what are the payment terms?
A: As soon as you decide to move forward with your project we will give you a start date barring any inclement weather. A 50% deposit is due at the start with the remainder due upon completion of your project.
Q: Do you hire subcontractors?
A: We are a full service contractor and hire very few subcontractors. We do hire specialized trades on occasion such as masons, carpenters, etc.

A: All of our installation work is backed by a lifetime workmanship guarantee and a one year warranty on all products installed in your yard
